I had a comfortable stay for a night and I'm glad I chose this place; the location was great and not too far from the old town, with the bus stop just 600 feet away.

Had pleasant experience, overall nice and convenient place.
Location: the hotel was right by local attractions, Downtown and main restaurants, and the main streets in Kingston. And there was Harvey's with short-orders easy walk to the venue, super convenient. The rooms were well-equipped and quiet with the bathroom and fridge, for instance, just what was needed

So glad we chose it, spent 1 good day here. Hotel offered plenty of meals for bagged breakfast. The room we had included central heating, an iron and an electronic key card. The location was central, near restaurants and the downtown. It also was in a desirable area -- on the very top of princess street in the super-sketch area.

From outside it didn't look like much for the room was really nice. They also have a swimming pool. The staff was nice.
I got there very late and nobody was there. There was a phone for emergencies, but it was broken...When we finally got it to work, the guy said all the rooms were taken, even though we had a reservation. He said there was one left so we figured it was ours, but he said he usually gets a reservation sheet, which he didn'T....Glad we could get a room, but it felt quite disorganized.... The room's floor was greasy. Still nice overall!

The staff was helpful.
Cleaness of the room could be improved. Daily cleaning of the bath and sinks is a must. The carpet was vaccumed before our arrival, but corners were cut. The mattress has seen better days. The internet connection is intermittent. The Continental breakfast was basic. But overall, fair value for our money.

We went for the museums and to go to Wolfe Island. It was a great place to stay, very clean, just renovated, came with breakfast as well for such a great price. It was a bit of a walk however to the water but if you are young it wont bother you...we drove around.
It was still under construction while we were there. They offer continental breaskfast but I didnt feel like eating there as they had work being done where the break fast was being held. It seemed all very nice however besides that.

Booked a room for the value. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge turned out to be good. - the venue was in a central location not far from eateries and bars and the main streets. - We greatly enjoyed staying 4 nights here. I booked a room here for what it offered at a good price. the room had nice amenities like a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a fridge. the hotel's location was great, close to restaurants, bars, and main streets. My four-night stay here was really enjoyable.

The gentleman on afternoons was very knowledgeable to the surrounding area and very helpful. The bed was excellent, the linen could use updating. Looked very old. The renovations were nice but the rooms we stayed in weren't finished, we liked the the breakfast.
The outside scared the living daylights out of me. If I hadn't been charged for this hotel I would have left based on the appearance alone. The gentleman showed us to our rooms and they looked ok at first glance. Upon settling in we noticed renovations were not complete in the rooms and the bedding looked to be 10 years old. they said they had a pool but it wasn`t passed by the city.
